Berwick Springs Development Plan Submission (2010)
The proposed Berwick Springs Village forms part of the wider Eden Rise Activity Centre Precinct. Council recognises that this is one of the few sites in Berwick south of the freeway that is suitable for commercial development to service the needs of the local community.
The plan for Berwick Springs brings a new dimension to this growing community. It provides a mixed use village with opportunities for apartment style and townhouse living focussed on a Village Square and cafes and a broad range of services.
