Heatherton Village Neighbourhood Centre Development Plan Submission (2010)
The Heatherton Village Neighbourhood Centre is located in Endeavour Hills in the City of Casey. The Council has viewed the ongoing development of the site as being ad hoc in nature and in June 2009 Council embarked upon a comprehensive review of the subject land in co-ordination with the owner of the land.
The Development Plan prepared by Renaissance Planning encompasses a Physical Framework Plan, the key elements being:
- precincts and activities structure;
- pedestrian network system;
- active shopfront environment and the public realm;
- road network and car parking system;
- public transport;
- built form and massing;
- site connectivity.
