Shearwater Town Centre Review (2011)
Renaissance Planning was commissioned by Tasmania Independent Retailers in October 2011 to undertake a review of the existing Shearwater Town Centre (located in northern Tasmania) and in particular the retail and other activity centre floorspace requirements to meet the future needs of the Town Centre taking account of likely population and expenditure growth. The review found that there is sufficient capacity in the existing Town Centre to accommodate the additional floorspace requirements for the period to 2021 and 2036.
