Hepburn Springs Bathhouse and Spa Feasibility Assessment (2003)
Jeff Wolinski directed this major project for the Victorian Mineral Water Committee, Hepburn Shire Council and Tourism Victoria. The project comprised:
- a coordinated master plan for the long term redevelopment of the Bathhouse and Spa;
- detailed assessment of future needs and space requirements;
- development and financial feasibility assessments;
- recommendations for the staging and management of the development.
The project achieved a Commendation from the Department of Treasury and has since been implemented.
The project has provided a renewed future for the Bathhouse and Spa and its ongoing role as an iconic attraction for Hepburn Springs.
