Planning and Design Approach
The team led by Dr Jeff Wolinski brings together a range of strategic planning, urban design and economic development skills.
The Renaissance approach is to build creative, sustainable and socially relevant outcomes through a partnership process with the community and key stakeholders, where the plan and designs are progressively developed:
- understanding and communicating the context, resources and challenges to be addressed through planning and design;
- building the vision: creating a dialogue with the community and key stakeholders to identify values, needs and aspirations;
- developing the plan: providing frameworks and strategies that are socially responsive, meet future needs and reflect the unique place values and issues of the area;
- providing outcomes that are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.
